Post Signing Experience
The e-signature success screen was a high-trust moment that ended the journey. Thousands of recipients completed their task and exited, creating a missed opportunity for organic acquisition.
I redesigned this surface to extend engagement. Introducing SpotDraft at this moment turned one-time participants into informed prospects, transforming a routine interaction into a scalable, low-friction acquisition loop.

Interactive Demos
Our feature launches did not drive consistent usage because users couldn't bridge the gap between a new capability and their specific workflow.
I used Navattic and Chameleon to build a framework of guided, interactive environments. Users could explore the product through real use cases. This evolved from a one-off launch asset into a reusable system used across Sales, Marketing, and onboarding, accelerating time-to-value across the customer journey.

Year in Review
Much of the value SpotDraft provides is operational and buried deep into the product, making it difficult for users to communicate ROI during renewal or expansion cycles.
I designed SpotDraft’s first ever "Year in Review", a personalized, shareable experience that translates raw data into meaningful milestones. By celebrating user achievements, we reinforced SpotDraft’s role as a strategic partner and provided a tangible narrative for internal advocacy.
